(1986)Plot – In the quiet town of Lumberton in North Carolina, Jeffrey Beaumont finds a human ear in his lawn. He delivers it to the police, but Detective Williams recommends the guy not to meddle in the fact. Meantime Jeffrey falls in love with Sandy, Williams' daughter. They investigate together the private life of Dorothy Vallens, a night club singer. Jeffrey hides in her apartment and assists the violent way Frank Booth, a drug addict and a psychopath, treats the singer. She's blackmailed because he has kidnapped her husband and child too. When Frank gets out the house, the woman asks Jeffrey freak demands as she's a kind of a nymphomaniac. Jeffrey is determined to solve the mystery, but he's captured, beaten and mocked by Frank and his gang.
