Plot – Makin is a New York cop who remains victim of a violent attack during his night watch as a group of thugs hurls his car into the river. The funerals take place the following day but Makin actually is not dead because a secret organization directed by the President himself has mysteriously rescued him. As the police is inefficient and CIA and FBI are corrupted, the secret organization has been created to identify who threatens the national security, training new agents. Makin in fact wakes up in a hospital bed and he undergoes a facial plastic. With his new face, he's now Remo Williams and he's trained by an elderly Korean martial arts master to identify the one in charge of the plot and to free the country from the tremendous risk.
