Plot – Tom Hardy is a fifth generation cop in Pittsburgh. A former homicide detective, Hardy was demoted two years earlier to the river rescue patrols for defying the police department about the identity of the serial killer who murdered his father. Convinced that a new serial killer - recently appeared - is the same man who killed his father, Hardy investigates outside his own jurisdiction to capture the murderer. This independent spirited cop argues with his new partner, moves around the bureaucratic system and challenges his uncle, who has replaced his father as head of the homicide squad. It is a dramatic story full of action and suspense that takes place in the region where the Allegheny and the Monongaehla rivers meet to form the Ohio.
