Plot – Alaska. A place of outstanding natural beauty, where the indigenous population lives in symbiosis with the land and in harmony with its surroundings. This matters little to Aegis Oil Company, which is in Alaska to make a lot of money and in order to achieve its purpose is capable of anything. Forrest Taft is a rig wrangler specialized in extinguishing fires. After learning that the company is embarking on a tricky project of exploitation of the territory which would threaten the livelihood of the native Inuit settled in the region, he decides to start a fire. This unleashes a deadly conflict between him and the chairman of Aegis, Michael Jennings. Taft's valuable ally is the beautiful Masu, an Inuit activist who opposes oil drilling in the territory of her people. Taft and Masu are aware of being in a dangerous situation. However, the same goes for Aegis and Jennings, who will quickly learn that water and oil do not mix and that fire and ice together can become a lethal mixture.
