Plot – A bomber threatens to put the city on fire. The first shot he tries is on the elevator of a skyscraper, but promptly the skilled police officer Jack Traven prevents the massacre. Then a bus risks to explode because it is packed with explosives and a detonator that will break out if the vehicle drives below 80 mph. Once again, Traven arrives and resolves the situation, with the help of the lovely driver.
