Plot – Bob Parr, aka 'Mr. Incredible', is one of the strongest heroes in the world. Fifteen years ago he used to save lives and fight evil on a daily basis. Now Bob and his wife have adopted new identities, moved to the suburbs and been placed in a witness protection program, so they can lead a "normal" life and raise their three children. The world's superheroes have been forced to retreat by the authorities and Bob - "retired superman" - is forced back into action to thwart a threat.
