Plot – Steven Taylor works in the New York world of finance and his business provides him a high standard quality life and his beautiful young wife, Emily Bradford, has an important role for him. Emily works as interpreter at the United Nations and aspires to something more. Because of this feeling, she has an affair with David Shaw, a talented but penniless artist. They often meet at David's in Brooklyn, a place far away from her husband's eyes. Steven gradually notices his wife's affair and conceives a diabolical plan promising David a reward if he kills Emily. David agrees but the plan fails. Meanwhile Steven starts having financial problems and is hounded by creditors, so he tries to blame his wife for it, but in the end he himself is the victim of his same diabolical plan.
