Plot – Matt is forced to spend the summer at the Tall Oaks band camp - famous from previous episodes - where Michelle used to spend the summer. Matt will bring havoc using hidden cameras to tape the girls in the camp: the purpose of this is to make a film to send to his brother, who is now director of Stiffmeister Production. Matt also has a weak spot: in fact he falls in love with one of the girls, Elyse. The two have known each other since childhood, when she was a victim of many of his jokes, and his attempts to restrain his behavior at the Stiflers will have embarrassing results throughout the film.
