Plot – A film crew navigates on a river barge to make a documentary in the Brazilian forest. Mateo guides anthropologist Steve Cale, director Terri, operator Danny, sound technician Gary, producer Denise and actor Warren, who are searching the legendary Shirishama Indians tribe. After a while, the group meets Paul, a man stuck on a bareboat and they take him onboard as he offers to guide them. Paul's real reason is actually to find a deadly twelve meters long anaconda and gradually he takes over everyone. When they find the animal almost everyone is killed, but Steve and Terri manage to survive and to kill Paul.
