Plot – A construction speculator decides to restore the entire area of a neighborhood in New York. The inhabitants are corrupted to move by Carlos Chavez, a minor criminal, but a group of people decides to remain despite the threats. One evening two flying saucers plane on the roof of their building and the aliens start helping the inhabitants, restoring many things all around.
