Plot – Blue Thunder' is the name of city surveillance helicopter, equipped with surveillance and ultra-sophisticated attack technology: electronic sensors to "see" and "feel" in the toughest conditions. The pilot needs to be wary of Colonel Cochrane, his old enemy, who once again proves that he deserves all the contempt that our hero reserves for him. Obviously, our hero wins the final battle and then chooses to sacrifice the helicopter to save the tranquillity of the city.
