Plot – Billie Dawn is a charming, friendly but very uneducated girl who arrives in Washington together with her rich boyfriend Harry Brock to promote his business with the help of some powerful senators. From the beginning, Harry's lawyer tries to distance Billie from him because she could put at risk Harry's success, who however doesn't want to give up his girlfriend because he loves her and hires a journalist to give Billie a few lessons on good manners. Anyway, things take completely a different turn.
