Plot – The Congress approves the compulsory military service. Don Gilbert is a young film actor and is worried that he has to join the army: as married men are not called, he decides to marry Tony, the daughter of a colonel, learning only after a while that he has passed the age limit to join the army. He does everything to break the marriage, faking a voluntary recruitment, but he's enlisted really. Eventually, the two guys fall in love.
