Plot – Every year at Christmas, preparations go into full swing at the homes on Hemlock Street, Chicago. All the neighbors along the street do their best to decorate their homes and they all proudly display Frosty the Snowman, with which they have won many awards for the best Christmas decorations contest organized by a local newspaper. However, this year it seems that someone does not want to respect tradition. Luther and Nora Krank, whose daughter Blair is in Peru on a volunteer mission, have decided to spend the holidays in the warm Caribbean sun. No cold weather, no Christmas decorations, no intrusive neighbors! The news upsets the whole neighborhood and the quiet community of families on Hemlock Street is in an uproar. To put things back in place is Blair, who decides to return home for the holidays. Luther and Nora must therefore recreate the Christmas' spirit inside and outside their house in a few hours.
