Plot – Following a serious accident on duty, former Chicago firefighter Jack Moniker leaves America and invests his money in a villa in the Caribbean to transform it into a hotel. Then, after clearing the debts of Ernest Reed, the cute black artist with whom his band welcomes locals and tourists to the beautiful island of St. Nicholas, he makes him his partner. However, the owner of the luxurious local hotel is interested in this property. After having favored the appointment of police sergeant Gundy as prime minister, the luxury hotel owner aims, along with wealthy Swiss and Arab investors, to take possession of the entire island. Gravitating around Club Paradise - Jacks' property - are Governor Anthony Croyden Mayes, the pretty Phillipa Lloyd, a sexually ineffective doctor with his horny wife Linda and an American journalist, responsible for a photo shoot. While Jack is determined to fight for his place, the rich investors and the bullies have already prepared the model for the transformation of the island as well as the contract for the purchase of the Club, where meanwhile people continue to have fun. In the final bustle, after the uprising of the locals, the police damages under the command of Sergeant Gundy and the armed resistance of Ernest, who already sees himself as the head of a free and independent republic, make the investors leave, between parties and general dances, under the skeptical gaze of the governor.
