Plot – Counterterrorism agent Lt. Marion Cobretti - nicknamed - is used by the LAPD as the last resort when desperate measures are needed. The young model Ingrid happens to witness one of a series of brutal crimes committed by a gang of maniacs and casually escapes the massacre. As the only witness, Ingrid helps the police to identify the gang responsible for the crimes. The gang leader tries to eliminate the witness with a terrifying knife, but 'Cobra' protects the girl.
