Plot – Sergeant Lloyd Hopkins, a Los Angeles detective, is convinced the vicious murder of a young woman is connected to other similar cases which had taken place 15 years ago. His captain doesn't approve his methods, but the agent works hard. He meets Kathleen McCarthy, owner of a bookshop, and they are attracted to each other, so the woman tells him about her life. She tells a mysterious suitor often sends her flowers and Lloyd thinks he's the same ferocious murderer he is looking for. When the detective finds the evidences, the maniac compromises him. Lloyd finds him and decides to kill him mercilessly.
