Plot – Ling is a dangerous criminal who kidnaps Vanessa, the daughter of Tony Fait's, the leader of a rival gang. Ling requests as a ransom the black diamonds Tony's gang has just stolen. To save his daughter, Fait is forced to ally with Su, a Taiwanese government secret agent who's chasing Ling too. Su, in fact, is the only one who can defeat Ling because he has been his assistant in the past. The thief and the secret agent are opponents but now they are bonded by the common desire to find Ling.
