Plot – Paul Kerey is in his fifties and doesn't believe in justice, so he has taken the law into his own hands, but since ten years Paul has stopped his activity. He goes to New York to visit a friend and he finds him dying because he's been beaten by three thugs. The police thinks Paul is the murder and arrests him, but inspector Shriker proposes him to help him cleaning the neighborhood. Fraker and his gang are scaring people and commit daily crimes, so Paul accepts in chance of his freedom. He's sided by a few locals, then by all the citizens and the neighborhood is involved in a war in which everybody fights against Fraker and his gangs. In the end the criminals are defeated and Shriker is satisfied.
