Plot – The stubborn and untamable Detective Dick Tracy faces the boss Big Boy Caprice, who killed Lips and took possession of the night club and gambling house ‘Ritz’. Tracy hopes that Breathless Mahoney can help him, but the girl wants just to seduce him. That’s why Tracy’s girlfriend, Tess Trueheart, suffers: she loves him, but she can’t stand the risky life of his boyfriend. In fact, a boy attached to Tracy saves him twice from Big Boy’s mortal attacks.
