Plot – How to Train Your Dragon 2 is a 2014 American computer-animated action fantasy film based on the book series of the same name. It is the sequel to the 2010 film How to Train Your Dragon and the second installment in the trilogy. It takes place five years after the first film when Hiccup and Toothless successfully united dragons and vikings on the island of Berk. Now Hiccup and his friends are young adults when they meet Valka, Hiccup's long-lost mother, and have to face a new enemy, Drago Bludvist, a madman who wants to start a war with dragons and conquer the world.
