Plot – In a very near future the entire city of New York is controlled by ungovernable gangs and has been transformed into a huge maximum-security prison from which no one can escape. However, one day the president's plane precipitates into the city after being hijacked by a group of terrorists. Saved by a special capsule, the President is taken hostage by the gang of "Duke", who demands his freedom in exchange for the President's release.
