Plot – In 3955, an evolved ape-like species has taken the place of humanity after a nuclear. After boarding a spaceship to escape the destruction of the Earth, three chimpanzees called Milo, Zira and Cornelius go back in time and find themselves in 1973. Rescued in the middle of the sea, the two remaining apes (Milo has been strangled by a gorilla) are brought to court where they will try to convince the jury that they are intelligent and evolved creatures with peaceful intentions.
