Plot – The protagonist of "Everything, Everything", Maddy, cannot leave her house because of a serious disease. As a result of this, she has turned 18 without all the little experiences that her peers have already had. Raised by her overprotective mom and a nurse, Carla, she has never had her first kiss and she's never seen the ocean or the beach. The only experiences she has ever lived are the ones in the book she reads; and she is certain that she will be alone for the rest of her life. Things change when the Bright family move right into the house next door. Encouraged by his parents, Olly goes to Maddy's house to introduce himself and notices the girl as she runs off to her room. Since this moment, the boy will try to get in touch with Maddy in every way possible and the two will become close friends and even more.
