Plot – J.M. Barrie is a known Scottish playwright and a bored literary genius who clearly needs a new source of inspiration. He finds it unexpectedly, during an afternoon walk together with his faithful St. Bernard Porthos, in London's Kensington Gardens. There, Barrie meets Llewelyn Davies family. They are four boys and their beautiful mother, recently widowed. Despite the disapproval of the boys' grandmother, Emma du Maurier, and Barrie's wife resentment, he makes friendship with the entire family involving the boys in a series of games, jokes, disguises and pranks, creating fantasy worlds populated by castles and kings, cowboy and Indians, pirates and castaways.
