Plot – Little Charlie has pyrokinesis powers that let her turn things on fire with the mind. The secret services would like to use her so some agents kill her mother and attempt to kidnap the child. Fortunately Andy, Charlie's father, has paranormal powers too and neutralizes the agents. The two flee together but are hunted down and finally they are caught, but they cleverly contain their powers.
