Plot – The life of a young couple is totally upset when they find out to expect a baby. Darcy Elliot and Stan Bobrulz are two senior-year students in a college in Wisconsin and they plan a bright future, but their families have contrasting ideas: Stan’s catholic parents want to give the baby up for adoption, while Darcy’s mother wants her to have an abortion. However, the couple keeps the child, they get married and live with difficulty, breaking off with the families and leaving their aspirations behind. After a while, Darcy’s mother hosts the family in her beautiful house, Stan’s father is touched and accepts the situation and Darcy has the opportunity to work in the university’s newspaper, as she wished to. Everything seems to end up well.
