Plot – On the night of June 12, 1963, Medgar Evers is mysteriously killed. He was a civil rights activist and the secretary of the National Association for the Advancement of Black People. Byron De La Beckwith, a supporter of white supremacy, is accused of the murder and he's taken to trial but the case doesn't have any consequences. Thirty years later, the District Attorney assistant Bobby DeLaughter reopens the case as he finds new evidences. Byron is aged but he's called to testimony in the new trial. He still claims his innocence but this time he's proclaimed guilty.
