Plot – The US Congress is discussing about the admission of women to the Navy Seals' training. Senator Lillian DeHaven imposes herself and obtains the admission of a female element to the selection. The choice falls on Jordan O'Neil, officer in Naval Intelligence. Jordan's presence in the camp creates confusion between the commander, the other officers and the recruits. The training is very hard and it's under the harsh command of Major John. O'Neil spends hellish weeks and many colleagues expect the woman to leave the camp, as well as Senator DeHaven herself, who would prefer the failure of her initiative.

“- Master Chief John James Urgayle: Pain is your friend, your ally, it will tell you when you are seriously injured, it will keep you awake and angry, and remind you to finish the job and get the hell home. But you know the best thing about pain?
- Jordan O'Neil: Don't know!
- Master Chief John James Urgayle: It lets you know you're not dead yet!”“Sixty percent of you will not pass this course! How do I know? Because that is an historical fact! Now for the bad news, I always like to get one quitter on the first day, and until I do, that first day does not end!”
“- Jordan O'Neill: You were given the Navy Cross right? May I ask what you got it for?
- Master Chief John James Urgayle: Since it bears on this conversation, I got it for pulling a 250-pound man out of a burning tank.
- Jordan O'Neill: So stopping to save a man makes you a hero, but if a man stops to help a woman, he's gone soft?”“The Israelis tried it. Women in combat. Seems men couldn't get used to the sight of women blown open. They'd linger over the wounded females, often trying to save those who obviously couldn't be saved. Often to the detriment of the mission.”
