Plot – Larry Gigli is ordered to kidnap Brian, the disabled brother of the Federal Prosecutor. Louis, Larry's boss, sends Ricki with him, but things don't go as expected. Louis orders them to cut Brian a finger and to send it by mail to the Prosecutor. The men hesitate and cut off the finger of a corpse in the municipal morgue instead.
