Plot – Lt. David Halloran of the American aviation notices the British nurse Margaret Sellinger, during a German air bombardment over London in 1943. She's rescuing wounded civilians and she's conquered by him despite being married to Paul Sellinger, an intelligence officer and mother of a girl. Meanwhile the two men are on a mission in France together and their plane is demolished by Germans. After various adventures, they manage to complete the mission and return safely to England, but Paul abandons his wife forever.
