Plot – Neil McCauley is a criminal that can get away from any situation in less than thirty seconds. His gang is made up of three weak but violent robbers and the police officer Vincent Hanna is on their traces. When McCauley and his gang assault an armored truck killing three policemen, Hanna manages to identify them.
