Plot – Herbie is headed to Mexico by mistake. During the trip, Herbie meets a little rascal, Paco, who causes troubles both to Herbie's owners and to a gang of fences who want to export some Incas' treasures. Herbie manages to win even over the strongest and most ferocious bull.
