Plot – The glorious days of Frank T. Hopkins, a famous cowboy, are now finished. Together with his mustang horse Hidalgo he's looking for redemption, so he leaves the United States to participate to the grueling 'Ocean of Fire', a race of 3,000 miles across the Arabian desert. Horse and rider are the first foreigners to partecipate to the tough race which soon becomes a matter of pride and honor.
