(2017)Plot – "Hostiles" is set in 1892 and tells the story of two bitter enemies of the American Indian Wars that are forced to meet for the last time. Captain Joseph Blocker, former war hero that now works in a penitentiary, and Yellow Hawk, a Cheyenne war chief that has been captured, have to participate in an advertising campaign that aims at consolidating the importance of Capt. Blocker's commanding officer. Stuck in Fort Berringer, a small camp in New Mexico, Yellow Hawk has to be set free by Blocker and taken back to the Cheyenne territory in Montana. The man, though, is dying and after his death his family will be enclosed in a reservation. Blocker believes that the war chief should have had died in a prison, but he is threatened to be sent if front of the Martial Court when he refuses to take back his enemy to his home.
