Plot – The movie tells the true story of Christopher McCandless, aka Alex Supertramp. After graduating in 1992, Christopher decides to give up everything to leave for Alaska. He thinks the travel will test his ability to live without any comforts. Christopher's family environment is violent though his parents are rich. Since his childhood, the guy reads Thoreau, London, Tolstoy and all the great novelists and intellectuals who had chosen a life in contact with nature. On his way, Christopher meets other people who live his same lifestyle.
