Plot – Jackie supplements her low stewardess salary by smuggling money into the United States on behalf of arms dealer Ordell Robbie. Everything is going well until the day a Federal agent and a Los Angeles cop catch her at the airport and arrest her. Meanwhile, Ordell thinks it's time to retire, but to do so he needs to illegally recover 500,000 dollars left in Mexico. So he turns to Max Cherry, a bail bondsman, who can secure the release of Jackie. Before releasing her however, the agents force her to work with them to set up Ordell, threatening to put her back in jail if she refuses. At this point Ordell asks Jackie to help him get the money back and does the same with his friend Louis Gara, just out of prison. At Ordell's house, where they meet, there is also his dizzy blonde lover Melanie. Meanwhile, Max, who is melancholic and inclined to give up the job, is also very attracted to Jackie, who notices his attention. So Jackie comes up with a bold and risky plan to play the two contenders off against each other, Ordell on one hand and the law enforcement officer on the other.
