Plot – During the '30s, filmmaker Carl Denham moves to the Skull's islands, near Sumatra, to record a documentary. Once on the set the crew discovers King Kong, a gorilla who lives in the jungle where some prehistoric creatures have been protected and hidden for millions of years. When King Kong meets Ann Darrow, the creature succumbs to her charms and ends up being captured and transported to New York, where he's locked in a cage and exhibited to the crowd.
