“King Solomon's Mines” quotes

Plot – Former Southern Rhodesia, early '900. Jessie Huston has hired Allan Quatermain to help her find her father, an archaeologist imprisoned by a local criminal, Dogati, who's in contact with Prussian colonel Bockner. These two men want Huston's map of King Solomon's fabulous mines, but the archaeologist reveals only to his daughter and Quatermain the right path to find the diamonds once released. The walk is risky and dangerous but they are guided by Umbopo and finally they arrive at the mines finding an incredible amount of diamonds. The way to come back is more arduous as they carry some stones to ensure their future, menawhile Umbopo is elected king of the guardian tribe at Solomon's precious stones.
