Plot – Joanna is a dissatisfied mother and housewife, who one day leaves her husband Ted and their young son Billy to find herself. Ted, a successful advertiser, finds himself having to be both parents to his son and tries his best to provide everything for little Billy. A few months later, however, Joanna returns to town determined to get custody of her son. It is the start of a legal battle that puts a strain on the couple and does not spare little Billy.
