Plot – Frankie Scarlatti gets locked up in the locker room as a prank after the school Halloween party. He spends the night there scared and trembling, while his anxious family desperately looks for him with the help of police. Influenced by darkness and fear, the hypersensitive Frankie recalls a long nightmare story, confused between reality and hallucination. In fact, that night during an assault by a stranger who had entered the locker room to look for something and who immediately fled at the boy's cries, thanks to an unprecedented kind of telepathy, young Frankie "sees" the ephemeral appearance of Melissa. The girl, who was murdered in mysterious circumstances six years before, wanders restlessly in search of the spirit of her mother, the "white lady" who committed suicide out of desperation. The story says that the two will not be reunited until the murderer is captured. Recovered by his family, Frankie continues to have his telepathic hallucination and is determined to help little Melissa. It so happens that he finds himself in a dilapidated building, inhabited by an elderly crazy pianist and he "sees" the doleful "white lady" leaving the house. He follows her to the edge of a precipice on a cliff, right where the murder took place ten years before. Thanks to Frankie's paranormal sensitivity, but also to his extraordinary detective wit, the murderer will be unmasked and the spirits of Melissa and the "white lady" will hover in the sky, finally reunited.
