Plot – Many gangs terrorize Jericho's inhabitants, a Texas border city. Doyle and Strozzi struggle to control the market and Sheriff Ed Galt assists without even trying to intervene. One day a stranger called John Smith arrives in town and looks for a place to sleep. As he notices Felina, Doyle's lover, he's threatened by the man's thugs, so he fights against them and some other gangs' members. In the end everyone dies and Jericho becomes a big and dusty cemetery. John Smith is alive and leaves Jericho.
