Plot – Goddard Bolt is an arrogant and ruthless billionaire who owns half suburb in Los Angeles and aims to build there an industrial center. The other half suburb belongs to another billionaire, Vance Crasswell. He's grown up there and proposes Bolt a bet: if he manages to live for thirty days among the homeless, without money or credit cards, he will win the entire area. Bolt accepts, facing many challenges but finally he succeeding. Anyway, Vance doesn't respect the pact.
