Plot – Caesar 'Rico' Bandello and Joe Massara are two Italian-American gangsters who desire a successful career. Bandello has a rude character and wants to gain popularity quickly, while Joe dreams to change his life and to become a dancer. They enter the gang of Sam Vettori and Rico imposes himself as a leader. The authorities are more vigilant now but in the neighborhood rival gangs face one against the other. Meanwhile Joe has managed to perform together with a famous dancer, Olga Strassoff, who helps him to leave the gang and to report Rico.
