Plot – The 40-years-old Frank Leone is a top prisoner who just came back from a special permit that allowed him to spend some time with his girlfriend Melissa. Even though the man is about to be released, he is taken to another prison, tougher than the previous one and managed by the ruthless Warden Drumgoole. The man wants to take revenge on Frank, because he once escaped from the prison that Warden supervised. Helped by the most sadistic guards and prisoners, he physically and morally tortures Frank who, however, resists to the cruelest provocations. At this point, Drumgoole plans a conspiracy: he orders the death of a friend of Leone, then he stabs him and threatens to rape Frank’s girlfriend, so that he has necessarily to evade.
