Plot – Set in a catastrophic millennium - in which humanity has been decimated by countless wars and has been reduced to two rival barbarian clans who camp around residual oil wells - the film tells about the feats of Max, a desperate lone warrior who avenges the massacre of his family, perpetrated years before by street gangs. In order to procure the necessary fuel to reach a distant land by the sea, where he intends to lead a more human life, Max penetrates the more peaceful of the two clans, which is defending its small reserves of oil. However, Max finds himself involved in the defense of the clan from the siege of its rival in a fierce and apocalyptic struggle. After the battle, his figure becomes a myth.
