Plot – Andy and Tracy are a newlywed couple who wants to have children. Andy is the dean of the local women's college and Tracy works as a volunteer in the nursery. The peaceful college life is shaken by some mysterious cases of rape and murder. Meanwhile in the hospital Dr. Jed Hill saves the life of a victim. Andy meets him and discovers he's his old school friend. When Tracy accuses severe abdominal pain, Jed discovers Tracy is pregnant and needs a surgery that will make her lose the baby. Due to a Jed's fatal error, Tracy becomes sterile too. She's destroyed and decides to sue the surgeon and to separate from Andy. When Andy is accused of violence, he exonerate himself and undergoes a semen analysis. The result releases him but he discovers to be sterile too. He's shocked and he can't explain his wife's pregnancy. Tracy's mother reveals him shocking facts about his wife.
