Plot – Earl Montgomery is a Los Angeles police cadet who is expelled from the academy because of his rebellious attitude. As a result, he must be content to be a modest National Security agent. After a fight with Hank Rafferty, an overzealous cop, Earl accuses him of abuse of power, causing him to lose his badge and Hank eventually finds himself working for National Security.
