Plot – Two comedians roam around the city dealing weed in ice cream packs. They have bought it from Jimmy's super technological cultivation. He's a blonde guru who creates genetic mutations in his laboratory. The police is investigating and the strange couple is watched by helicopters. After various adventures, the police restores the situation.
