Plot – Wulfgar is a German terrorist who works for the best client with the collaboration of Shakka, a young Algerian girl. After a bloody attack, the revolutionaries with whom he's in contact decide Wulfgar is too dangerous for their cause and consign him to the police. The man, however, manages to escape and undergoes a plastic surgery, then he moves to New York, but a British police official moves to the United States too to organize a special squad of agents to capture the fugitive.
